2008 College Football Recruiting Bio: R.J. Washington

by

R.J. Washington is a 6-foot-3, 245 pound weakside defensive end that runs the 40 in 4.62. In addition, this Keller, Texas native (Fossil Ridge High) has combined for 147 tackles and 20 sacks combined over the past two seasons.

This, of course, is the kind of thing that gets a player ranked as high as number 13 on the Rivals 100.

Washington has already committed to play for Bob Stoops and Oklahoma in 2008. With both he and Jermie Calhoun still wanting to suit up for the Sooners, one has to wonder if the recruiting penalties the university is slated to receive will make much of a difference to them.
