2008 College Football Recruiting Bio: Marcus Robinson

by Robert Rousseau

Marcus Robinson is a 6-foot-2, 210 pound outside linebacker from Homestead, Florida (Homestead High) that runs the 40 in 4.57 and made 86 tackles with 22 sacks last season in high school.

That’s right, it’s not a misprint. Robinson had 22 sacks last year. Therefore, it’s no surprise that he’s considered the 41st best player on the 2008 Rivals 100.

Robinson has already verbally committed to play for the Miami of Florida Hurricanes. In the end, he chose them over Michigan, Rutgers, Southern Cal, UCF, Florida International, Auburn, Florida, and Florida State.
