2008 College Football Recruiting Bio: Kyle Rudolph

by

Kyle Rudolph is a 6-foot-6, 229 pound tight end from Cincinnati, Ohio (Elder High). In sum, he’s fast for his size (runs the 40 in 4.6) and is smart (possesses a 3.4 GPA). Beyond that, he caught 32 passes for 400 yards and seven touchdowns last season in high school (he’s got some great hands). Word is, he’s also an outstanding blocker.

All of this has led to him being ranked number 25 on the Rivals 100.

Rudolph has already verbally committed to play for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. In the end, he chose them over Ohio State, Tennessee, Virginia, BC, Louisville, Miami of Florida, and Michigan.
